Practice of lecturers
Cizner Consulting® following its activities, has been cooperating with 10 lecturers and consultants since 1997. The lecturers are experienced in teaching and consulting activities in the following fields: engineering, chemistry, transport, automotive industry, management of a certified laboratory, agriculture, food, construction and design, international and internal trade, art, tourism, state administration, education, research and human resources. Lecturers and consultants gained extensive experience in consulting, coaching or education from many Czech and international organizations.
Experience and qualifications
Education and qualification of lecturers come from the following fields: engineering (material engineering, process improvement), chemistry, construction production and design, environmental protection, agriculture, law, economics, management, marketing, quality, statistics, adult education, psychology and other internal company courses.
Petr Cizner, Ing. Ph.D., certified trainer/coach, consultant, auditor, photographer
He has worked in manufacturing, services, education, research, international trade, adult education, organizational and managerial consulting. He has been professionally involved in coaching, consulting and training all levels of employees in organizations since 1996.
He received his university education at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Agriculture in Prague, University of London, Mendel University in Brno and Prague Faculty of Psychotherapy.
He has completed intensive certified trainings:
- in training and coaching "Certificate in Training and Development" at the Institute of Personnel and Development in London IPD/CIPD
- under the auspices of British Know How Fund, the "Management Trainer Training Programme“ completed at ATKM with "Lead Trainer certificate“ (45 days)
- training in psychoterapy at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies "Dynamic Training in Community and Group Psychotherapy" (50 days)
- under the auspices of the Čedok Travel Agency he is the qualified "Tourist guide“
Other certified trainings at least 5 days duration: "Teaching skills“ from TMI in Denmark; "IRCA 9001:2015 Auditor/Lead Auditor Training“ at NQA (USA), "Basics of University Pedagogics“, “Working with Camera” (cameraman Václav Filip), “Social Psychological Training”, “Voice Dialogue”.
